Join the Red River Theatres for a special screening of Andy Warhol’s film, The Life of Juanita Castro, introduced by Currier Museum of Art curator Sharon Matt Atkins.
The Life of Juanita Castro is one of Warhol’s best-known films and one of the most artistically accessible. Audiences rarely have an opportunity to see Warhol’s films, because they are only available on 16mm. Red River Theatres, in conjunction with the Currier Museum of Art, is proud to present this well-known title to New Hampshire audiences. Sharon Matt Atkins, curator of the Currier’s current exhibition Andy Warhol: Pop Politics, will introduce the film and lead a post-film Q&A.
